Processing and shipping

Custom processing generally requires 5–7 business days and may extend to 7–14 business days during peak periods. Larger, specialty, wedding, memorial, and event orders may require additional time. Shipping estimates begin after production and are not guaranteed. Tracking is sent from orders@fullcartofficial.com. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, carrier delays or losses must be handled through the carrier’s claims process, with reasonable assistance from Full Cart Official.

Proofs and approval

When a proof is provided, production begins only after approval. Approval confirms spelling, colors, placement, sizing, and artwork. The remaining balance is due when you approve the design. Two design revisions are included. Further modifications require an additional design fee, with the amount confirmed before those changes are made. Changes may extend production time.
