Please note: The $35 price applies to the standard plain T-shirt setup shown. Polos, hoodies, premium garments, extended sizes, and larger front designs may be priced higher.

Halftone Printing Available

Large DTF designs can sometimes feel heavy when they contain large areas of solid ink. For qualifying artwork, Full Cart Official™ can use a professionally optimized halftone print treatment to reduce unnecessary ink coverage while preserving the overall appearance of the design.

Halftoning uses carefully controlled dots, distressed textures, and open areas throughout portions of the artwork instead of printing every tonal area as one solid layer.

This can help provide:

  • Less solid ink coverage
  • A lighter feel on oversized designs
  • Better flexibility
  • More garment fabric exposed between printed areas
  • Reduced heavy or “plastic patch” feeling
  • Professional distressed and screen-print-inspired effects
  • Detailed designs that remain bold and highly visible

Halftone printing works especially well with large back graphics, distressed artwork, gradients, shadows, vintage designs, and artwork with multiple tonal areas.

Not every design requires halftoning. We will determine the best printing approach based on your artwork and garment selection.
